Some items in our store may be offered as subscriptions or pre-orders. These cancellation policies explain how you can change or cancel these types of purchases.
Subscriptions
When you sign up for a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries. These are based on the subscription period and frequency you have selected. Your payment details are stored securely. Each delivery will be billed unless you pay in advance. Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their term. If you do not want to renew a subscription, you can cancel it. If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do so at any time. Your order confirmation emails contain links to your order. From there, you can manage your subscription. Pre-orders
When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is not in stock or will be available soon, but is not currently in stock. We may not charge you or charge you a partial payment at checkout, save your payment method, and then charge you the full or remaining payment at a later date. You can cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been processed. Once the order has been processed, you cannot cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund.
